The University Florist at Mississippi State will be open on Saturday [Aug. 16] from noon to 3 p.m. to accept Bid Day orders for sororities. Floral and gift selections are posted on the shop's Facebook page at www.facebook.com/themississippistateuniversityflorist.
A new shipment of McCartys pottery will also be on the showroom floor on Saturday.
Fall hours begin on Monday [Aug. 18]. The shop will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and from 9 a.m. to noon on Wednesday.
The University Florist is open on football game days for three hours prior to kickoff.
