STARKVILLE, Miss.—With a goal of promoting public awareness and healing for those affected by violence, the Clothesline Project is returning to Mississippi State University’s historic Drill Field.

The project will be on display 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday [Sept. 26-28]. Each day, participants will have the opportunity to produce a shirt design that reflects personal experiences with violence or honors a friend or loved one affected by violence.

Sponsored annually by MSU’s Department of Health Promotion and Wellness, the Clothesline Project is part of a national effort to aid the healing process for survivors of violence.

Educating, raising awareness and providing a support system also are major goals of this project. Learn more at www.clotheslineproject.org.
