Presley was recently elected first vice president of the Southeastern Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners, which is composed of Public Service Commissioners from the eleven Southern states and Puerto Rico.

The event is open to the public, and will be held at The Capital Club, 125 South Congress Street, 19th Floor in downtown Jackson. Cost to attend is $20. Please make checks payable to the Stennis Institute.
