The theme of the 2013 State 4-H Congress is "Don't Just Think It...Know It! Don't Just Try It...Do It! Don't Just Dream It...Be It!" MSU welcomes 4-H members, volunteers, Extension agents and Extension specialists to campus.
State 4-H Congress is an annual event designed to supplement county 4-H programs. This event provides positive leadership and educational opportunities for senior 4-H members from across the state in an effort to develop young people to their full potential in becoming productive citizens and catalysts for positive change to meet the needs of a diverse and changing society.
