The MSU Division of Agriculture, Forestry, and Veterinary Medicine, MAFES Administration, the MSU Dairy Manufacturing Plant, and the MAFES Sales Store will mark the 75th anniversary of the production of Edam Cheese with a reception this Saturday [April 20], from 9:30-11:30 a.m., on the Herzer Building lawn. MSU President Mark E. Keenum will cut the anniversary cake at 9:30 a.m., with WLZA providing live radio broadcasting from 9 a.m.-noon. Make plans to drop by for free food (while supplies last) and to view historical items depicting the history of Edam production at MSU.
