Help feed hundreds of local families by participating in a sweet potato drop on Saturday [Dec. 1], at the Palmeiro Center parking lot. Volunteers will be needed from 10 a.m.-2:00 p.m. to bag thousands of sweet potatoes to be distributed to local food pantries in support of the Million Meals Challenge. Volunteers will check-in at the Palmeiro Center parking lot at 10 a.m. Free donuts, coffee and water will be provided.
