A limited quantity of signed and numbered 2012 Homecoming posters are currently available for $19.98 each in Barnes & Noble bookstore. The watercolor design was created by Danielle Camp, a senior graphic design major from Tuscaloosa, Ala. The official artwork for MSU's 2012 Homecoming, it carries the theme "Hail, Dear Ole State."
The design features Bully in a crown and flanked by a flowing cape and cowbell. Camp said when she heard this year's theme she immediately thought of royalty, "and I had to get my idea down on paper as soon as possible."
Camp said of her winning design, "Watercolor is my favorite medium. It's unpredictable. With water, the colors can turn out to be so pretty."
The posters also will be for sale on game day this Saturday at the Barnes & Noble trailer near Colvard Student Union and inside Davis Wade Stadium.
