Study Abroad Fair to showcase numerous countries

More than 60 countries will be represented Wednesday [Oct. 3] during Mississippi State’s Study Abroad Fair.
The biannual event is designed to provide information on the university’s numerous international education opportunities. MSU students who previously have studied abroad will be on hand to share their experiences, among other activities.
Sponsored by the MSU International Institute and open to all academic majors, the 10 a.m.–3 p.m. event will take place in the Colvard Student Union.
“Students can discover how they can earn academic credit toward their major, minor and general education requirements,” said study abroad interim manager Katie Frantes. Details on available international internships will be provided, she added.
