Summer I and II Bootcamps
Tuesdays: all bodyweight exercises Thursdays: tires, weights, and more
Sessions begin at 6:10 a.m. in the Sanderson Center Main Gym. All fitness levels are welcome, and participants must be current Sanderson members.
June session begins June 5, and July session begins July 5. Space is limited. Stop by the Sanderson Member Services desk by the deadline of May 31 to sign up.
