Faculty/Staff Golf League encourages new members

The MSU Faculty/Staff Golf League will hold its annual kick-off meeting Tuesday, March 22, at 5:15 p.m. in the Sanderson Center Conference Room.

The league is open to all faculty, staff, retired faculty or staff, students, and alumni, and encourages all levels of golfers to participate - low, middle or high handicappers. The league also is co-ed and encourages women to participate.

The MSU Faculty/Golf League has been active for 25 years, allowing golf enthusiasts to join together for after-hours and weekend fun. Golfers play 9 holes after 5 p.m. Tuesday evenings and have Saturday events during the April to October golf season, with the final event being the league championship tournament.

--2-person "Best Ball" Play

So get those golf clubs out of the closet, polish them up, and plan on coming out to play.
