Recently it was discovered by Mississippi Power Company that the Meridian Campus has a faulty transformer which supplies our power. This is a problem that must be addressed before further damage occurs. We have scheduled the repairs to be made on Friday, May 22, beginning at 8 a.m. These repairs will take approx. 2 to 3 hours to complete, which means we will be without electricity for that time frame. After discussions with Dr. Donna Clevinger and the Starkville campus, it was decided that the building will not open until 11 that morning and will resume its normal schedule at that time. Please take note of this and we regret any inconvenience this may cause.
