MSU program to examine 'personal reinvention'

A recognized authority in marketing and entrepreneurship will lead a Jan. 29 brown-bag luncheon program at Mississippi State.

"Reinventing Yourself" will be Mary B. Harms' topic at 11:30 a.m. in the first-floor Instructional Media Center of the university's Mitchell Memorial Library. Free and open to all, the presentation is sponsored by the MSU Faculty and Professional Women's Association.

Harms is an adjunct marketing professor and director of marketing and alumni relations for the College of Business at Iowa State University in Ames. She also owns a graduation regalia supply company.

She twice has won teacher-of-the-year awards in ISU's business college. Additionally, the local chamber of commerce and the Des Moines Register have honored her business skills and knowledge.

Harms holds ISU degrees in graphic design, interior design and business administration.
