The annual Martin Luther King Day Breakfast at Mississippi State will be held Jan. 15 at the university's Bost Extension Center auditorium.
Admission to the 7:30 a.m. program is free to all. Last year, some 400 university and community residents took part in the Monday event that coincides with the national holiday honoring the slain American civil rights leader.
MSU, like other public institutions in the state, will be closed on the 15th.
President Malcolm Portera and university student leaders, along with the MSU Black Voices Gospel Choir, will be part of this year's program.
