Craig Karges, a self-described "psychic magician" and "extraordanist," brings his special brand of mystery entertainment Feb. 29 to Mississippi State University.

The free program begins at 6 p.m. in the Colvard Union ballroom. The Campus Activities Board is sponsoring the event in cooperation with Domino's Pizza, which is providing free pizzas for the first 125 audience members and discount coupons to all who attend.

Karges, whose performances combine mystery, humor, psychology, and intuition, is a four-time winner of the National Association of Campus Activities' Entertainer of the Year Award. He has appeared on television shows ranging from the "Tonight Show with Jay Leno" to "Larry King Live" to the Lifetime Television Network.

In addition to general audiences, Karges makes frequent appearances before corporate groups, including IBM, McDonald's and General Motors. He is creator of "The Intuitive Edge Workshop," which focuses on the enhancement of memory, intuition and decision-making skills.

Published last year by Health Communications, his 206-page first book is titled "Ignite Your Intuition: Improve Your Memory, Make Better Decisions, Be More Creative and Achieve Your Full Potential."
