During the summer, the ESL Center is hosting 63 students representing 11 countries who take intensive English courses and participate in various activities to improve their language skills and learn about U.S. culture. A group of the students, including Rodrigues, participates in the Brazil Scientific Mobility Program, a Brazilian government-scholarship program to send 100,000 of its university students abroad.
