Student delegates to the 2013 4-H Youth Congress at Mississippi State University spent time at the College of Forest Resources on Wednesday learning about the history of the state's whitetail deer and other wildlife. Shown, from left to right, are Irijah Craft, Holly Springs; Meredith Moffett, Amory; Tim Willis, Southaven; Justin Milner, Madison; and Steven Tucker, a project coordinator in the College of Forest Resources. State 4-H Congress provides positive leadership and educational opportunities to develop young people to their full potential in becoming productive citizens.
