Brittney Baylot, a senior from Vicksburg, zests an orange in preparation for today's "Cooking for a Cause" luncheon. The meal is part of a Quantity Foods Production and Service class project, in partnership with the MSU Student Dietetic Association. Students will prepare and serve lunch in Moore Hall six times during the semester, and proceeds for the meal will be donated to a pre-selected charitable cause. Mississippi State University faculty, staff, and friends are invited to attend at a cost of $10.
