Lee Hall's Bettersworth Auditorium was filled to capacity Friday for an evening performance by the African Children's Choir. The choir is one of many programs run by Music for Life, which raises funds in support of educational and humanitarian efforts in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, South Africa, Rwanda, Nigeria, Ghana, and South Sudan. Children, ages 7 to 11, spend five months training with the choir that began in 1984 to spread a message of hope and change the lives of thousands of the world's most vulnerable kids. The event was sponsored by MSU's Holmes Cultural Diversity Center.
