During Monday's dedication ceremony of the 2011 Maroon Edition Habitat for Humanity home, new homeowner Kimberly Riley, left, receives a hand-made MSU T-shirt quilt from Starkville resident Dot Livingston. Livingston has volunteered her time and talents to create one-of-a-kind quilts for each family that has benefited from the Maroon Edition service learning project for the past three years. MSU President Mark Keenum, as well as community volunteers, business leaders and students were on hand to dedicate the recently completed home for Riley and her three children. More than 900 students, faculty and staff worked on the construction project this semester and contributed more than 3,000 volunteer hours.
