At the 17th annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day Unity breakfast Monday, keynote speaker Dolphus Weary urged a capacity crowd to think outside their narrow 'boxes' and to act on, as well as talk about, unity. Weary is president emeritus of Mission Mississippi, a racial reconciliation movement. The annual event is hosted by MSU President Mark Keenum, as well as the Office of Diversity and Equity Programs; and the President's Commission on the Status of Minorities.
