Graduate student Reid Lilly and junior Cecilia Tran prepare some tasty morsels for panelists participating in an evaluation of bratwursts and Italian sausages this morning at the James E. Garrison Sensory Evaluation Laboratory. The Garrison Sensory Evaluation Laboratory is used in food product research by MSU faculty and students and is often contracted by private companies for independent, professional evaluations of new food products.
