Maria Lucia Moreno proudly held the flag of her native country as she and others from Colombia took part Saturday in the 20th International Fiesta on the Drill Field. Near-perfect spring weather and dedicated members of the more than 35 participating organizations are being credited with helping make the 20th annual cultural celebration an overwhelming success.
