Seniors Rebecca Stiles (l) and Rachel McGibboney (c) discuss their spring semester schedules with Michelle Lee, dietetics program head in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. The nutrition majors chose MSU because of the national reputation of its food science and nutrition programs. The department of food science, nutrition and health promotion has just added a culinology program, offered in conjunction with the Culinary Arts Institute at Mississippi University for Women.
