The second of two sculptures by Oxford artist Rod Moorhead now is in place at the front, or Drill Field, entrance of Mitchell Memorial Library. Symbolizing the quest for knowledge, the bronze statue was commissioned by the university as part of an effort to enhance campus green spaces. The piece joins the angelic figure installed a year ago on the Chapel of Memories' front lawn.
