The Maroon Edition is a new MSU initiative to engage all freshmen--and the entire campus--in reading the same book each summer and fall. Sponsored by several offices and services, the project is designed to serve as the basis for intellectual and cultural discussions. The summer book is John Grisham's "The Painted House," which Orientation Leader and English major Elizabeth Fine took time to read on the Griffis Hall balcony. For more on the program, click here.
