The week's passing rains necessitated some extra steps in preparing Scott Field for Saturday's Southeastern Conference gridiron contest between the MSU Bulldogs and 13th-ranked Vanderbilt Commodores. Senior agronomy major Don Farr spent part of Thursday morning using a leaf blower to dry yard-marker spaces and other areas being painted. MSU's first home game since mid-September kicks off at 1:30 p.m. Tickets remain on sale.
