International Fulbright Scholars on campus as part of a U.S. higher education orientation program took time from studies Thursday to prepare favorite meals of their homelands. Nomsa Mathabela of Swaziland (l), Awad Eljahmi of Libya and Anita Shrestha of Nepal prepared a shared meal for their colleagues Thursday afternoon at the food science, nutrition and health promotion department's food laboratory in Moore Hall.
