Various forms of "Bully art" again were part of the weekend's Cotton District Art Festival held just off campus on University Drive. Taking place under sunny skies and graced by a constant breeze, the annual spring event reportedly attracted a record crowd of more than 15,000. Titled "River Dog," the decorated cement work above was created by Darcy Fletcher, an MSU graduate in graphic design.
