Virginia Tichenor of San Francisco, one of several nationally recognized musicians, was featured Friday afternoon in a mini concert that opened the Charles Templeton Ragtime Music Festival. Sponsored by the MSU Libraries and the Charles H. Templeton Music Museum, the event continues Saturday and Sunday with lectures, tours and concerts.
