Bobby (right) and Judy Shackouls present Mississippi State's Honors Faculty medallion to Pete Smith, an assistant professor in the communications department. The medallion honors faculty who have made significant academic contributions to the Shackouls Honors College over the years. The medallions are to be worn during commencement and other special events.
