For the second year, the University Honors Council is donating books to East Oktibbeha County Elementary School. Janice Hamilton (r), the school's literacy coach, accepted the new collection from council members Ben Watts and Jennifer Rupinski. The two students and others in MSU's Shackouls Honors College made the purchases with some $400 received in various fund-raising projects.
