Mitchell Memorial Library launched its winter season observance Friday with a traditional Christmas tree lighting, completed this year by head football coach Sylvester Croom. After doing the honors, Croom got to tell Santa Claus his list of wishes, both for the Dec. 25 holiday and Nov. 26 home football game with the University of Mississippi.
