Nationally recognized motivational speaker Calvin Mackie (left) was a special guest on campus Thursday. Freshmen Kendra Franks (second from left) and Nicole Sheriff, and senior Andrew Simmons were among those who heard the Tulane University mechanical engineering professor's presentation. His visit was sponsored by the Bagley College of Engineering, Office of Graduate Studies and Divison of Student Affairs.
