Elizabeth Pillow (center) and her mom, Susan, both of Greenwood, were welcomed Saturday to Mississippi State's new Roy H. Ruby Residence Hall by the former student affairs vice president for whom the facility is named. Ruby greeted some of the 460 freshmen who will live in the newly constructed 160,000-square-foot hall.
