Chelly Parcus prepared to be dunked Tuesday during a fund-raising event sponsored by Alpha Beta Chi, a campus service organization. Lt. Col. Mark McManigal, head of Army ROTC at MSU, threw the dunking pitch. Alpha Beta Chi provides support for the ROTC program, as well as for a number of local charities.
