In honor of the 100th anniversary of Dr. Seuss' birth, Randi Rico, a meteorologist with WCBI-TV in Columbus, read Wednesday to 4- and 5-year-olds at the MSU Child Development and Family Studies Center. Sharing "The Foot Book," Rico was among a number of volunteers participating in the center's annual PJ Birthday Party for Dr. Seuss.
