Libby Brand (l) of the MAFES Sales Store assisted Calie Lambert of Tupelo with a cheese order Monday. Staff at the Herzer Hall facility are taking shipping orders for the university's famous cheeses through Wednesday. Pick-up orders will be available as long as supplies remain.
