Boyd Fulgham (r) of Starkville and his three-year-old son Cody were among more than 30 participants Thursday in a Fathers Day outing sponsored by the Department of Wildlife and Fisheries. The event at the departments Blackjack Pond introduced youngsters from Emerson Family School to the sport of fishing.
