Come join 600+ new friends at the 10th annual Service DAWGS Day!
Service DAWGS Day is an annual day of service that engages over 600 volunteers in community service activities within the local community. On Service DAWGS Day, students and volunteers arrive at the Barnes & Noble Bookstore for a brief orientation and light breakfast before being transported to one of over 30 community partner locations to perform 2.5 hours of community service. Just before lunchtime, students are transported back to campus for lunch and other activities.
Each year the Maroon Volunteer Center honors students, faculty, and staff for their volunteer commitments during the school year. Several awards are presented for volunteer service completed within the last 12 months, including:

The MSU Big Event is a one-day service event for the MSU and Starkville community to roll up their sleeves and GIVE BACK. On March 30, the Maroon Volunteer Center will gather student leaders, faculty, staff, and community members to leave their mark on the local community.
