University announces 2015 Homecoming Court, Mr. and Miss MSU

STARKVILLE, Miss.—Senior communication/broadcasting major Christina N. Bostick of Hattiesburg reigns this week as Homecoming Queen at Mississippi State University.

Bostick recently was chosen in campus-wide elections. She and eight class maids will be presented formally during halftime Saturday [Oct. 17] of the MSU-Louisiana Tech University football game in Davis Wade Stadium at Scott Field. (For more on MSU game day activities, visit www.hailstate.com).

Seniors Christian L. Good of Macon and Annaleigh E. Coleman of Corinth are this year’s Mr. and Miss MSU. They also were selected in the voting and will be introduced at halftime.

Good is an agribusiness/management major; Coleman, a biological engineering major.

Each undergraduate class is represented by two maids. The 2015 homecoming court includes:

SENIOR—Political science major Luz E. Martinez and art/graphic design major Katherine L. “Kaylie” Mitchell, both of Pascagoula.

JUNIOR—Brooke A. Laizer of Metairie, Louisiana, and Holly M. Travis of Starkville. Laizer is a geoscience/professional meteorology major; Travis, a political science and criminology double-major.  

SOPHOMORE—Business administration major Madison T. Rhodes of Petal and Mackenzie Smith of Tupelo, studying liberal arts.

FRESHMAN—Educational psychology major Mayah J. Emerson of Meridian and political science major Stephanie M. “Stevie” Flynt of Brandon.
