The International Institute at Mississippi State invites interested faculty and professionals to discover the variety of Fulbright programs available to U.S. citizens during a special presentation on Thursday [Jan. 22] at 2:30 p.m. in Colvard Student Union's Fowlkes Auditorium.
Peter VanDerwater, the national director of outreach for the Fulbright Scholar Program, will be the guest speaker. He is responsible for leading efforts to promote Fulbright opportunities to U.S. faculty, administrators and other professionals and engage U.S. academic institutions in an effort to expand program participation to a broad and diverse network.
