An asphalt overlay project for a small section of the center lane of Barr Avenue near the Hunter Henry Center on Mississippi State's Starkville campus will take place on Monday [Jan. 12].
According to the university, the project has been delayed by the extremely cold weather in the region the past several days. More favorable temperatures are forecast for Monday.
The roadway will not close during the work, and signal flagmen will be in place to direct traffic.
