Donate denim to help end sexualized violence

Students, faculty and staff at Mississippi State University are invited to donate denim on Wednesday [April 23] in support of ending sexualized violence.

The first 150 people to donate a pair of jeans will receive a Denim Day t-shirt. All of the jeans collected will be donated to an area shelter.

A part of Sexual Assault Awareness Month, Denim Day will take place in front of the State Fountain Bakery from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. In case of inclement weather, all activities will be moved to Colvard Student Union's Dawg House.

Denim Day is sponsored by MSU's Department of Health Education and Wellness.
