The popular Koresh Dance Company makes a return visit to Mississippi State with a Lee Hall performance during the month's final week.

The Feb. 27 show--second of the university's 2014 spring semester Lyceum Series--begins at 7:30 p.m. in Bettersworth Auditorium.

Because of continuing Lee Hall renovations, all Lyceum seating this year is general admission only.

Tickets are $15 each and may be purchased at www.lyceum.msstate.edu/#!series-events.

Last appearing at MSU in 2007, the dance company was founded nearly a quarter-century ago in Philadelphia, Pa., by Israeli-born choreographer Ronen "Roni" Koresh. Acclaimed worldwide for both outstanding presentations and the dance team's technical skills, it has, under Koresh's artistic direction, developed a vast repertoire of work ranging from explosive and passionate to intimate and restrained.

Also as part of its deep commitment to community outreach, the organization will hold a master class for MSU students, a workshop with Starkville's Henderson Middle School and, for the Lee Hall audience, a post-performance discussion. For more, visit www.koreshdance.org.

The campus events and off-campus workshops are funded, in part, by a grant from South Arts, in partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts and Mississippi Arts Commission.
