Mississippi State's Student Association and the campus Music Maker Productions are bringing The Neighbourhood to perform for 2014 Old Main Music Festival.

Free to all, the festival takes place April 12 at the University Amphitheatre as part of the land-grant institution's 29th annual Super Bulldog Weekend.

Formed in 2011, the five-man, California-based band has garnered a considerable fan base for its successful blending of different genres to form a musically unique and catchy sound. Their debut album, "I Love You," peaked at fifth among the 2014 top modern rock/alternative rankings and sixth in the top rock album category.

Since the debut album, the group has produced a number of other hits, including "Sweater Weather" and "Afraid." For more info, visit http://thenbhd.com/.
