The Center for Teaching and Learning at Mississippi State is offering a brown bag session, titled "Using the Writing Center to Improve your Students' Writing and Learning," on Wednesday [Feb. 19].
This session will provide information about how writing can be used to facilitate learning, and is in support of the universityâs Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP).
The session will be led by Chelsea Henshaw of the English Department and Shelley Keith from the Sociology Department, and will be held in the Grisham Room of Mitchell Memorial Library.
The program is scheduled from noon to 1 p.m., with networking and lunch beginning at 11:30 a.m. A light lunch will be provided, while it lasts.
