STARKVILLE, Miss.--To help usher in the holiday season at Mississippi State and the Golden Triangle area, the university's Lyceum Series is featuring The Irish Tenors in concert.

Taking place Dec. 4 in Lee Hall's Bettersworth Auditorium, the three-man group's performance--the last of the series' 2013 fall schedule--will begin at 7:30 p.m.

Because of continuing renovations to Lee Hall, seating for all shows is general admission only. Tickets are $15 each and may be ordered online at www.lyceum.msstate.edu/#!ticket-information.

As part of a current Christmas tour, tenors Finbar Wright, Anthony Kearns and Ronan Tynan will be presenting classics from "We Three Kings," their popular Christmas album.

Touring since 1998, their typical repertoire includes such Emerald Isle standards as "Danny Boy," "Whiskey in the Jar" and "Fields of Athenry." As gifted interpreters of a wide range of other popular music, they also have moved audiences with "My Heart Will Go On," "Fairytale of New York" and even "South of the Border (Down Mexico Way)." Additional information on the group is available at www.theirishtenorsmusic.com.
