Funeral arrangements for Mississippi State University freshman Kaleb Barker will be held Saturday, Sept. 21, at 11 a.m. at Rocky Creek Baptist Church, 2165 Rocky Creek Road in Lucedale. Visitation will be held at the church on Friday, Sept. 20, from 6-10 p.m.
MSU officials from the Division of Student Affairs will present Barker's family a Certificate of Attendance during the visitation. The university will plant a tree and erect a permanent marker honoring this student.
