Study abroad faculty interest luncheon is Aug. 22

For MSU faculty/staff interested in specifics on how to propose a short-term academic course or a tour abroad, the International Institute's Office of Study Abroad (OSA) invites you to attend the "Faculty-Led Study Abroad: How Do I Do That?" luncheon on Wednesday, Aug. 22, from noon-2 p.m., in Colvard Student Union, Room 325.

Lunch will be provided, and you are asked to RSVP by Wednesday [Aug. 15], to Annika Campbell at acampbell@aoce.msstate.edu. Space is limited.

Three options are available for this opportunity. Faculty may either propose a program through the MSU Office of Study Abroad by clicking here; through MSU's membership with the Cooperative Center for Study Abroad (CCSA) by clicking here; or through a program provider with which OSA partners.

All faculty/staff taking students abroad must submit a proposal through OSA. For those already planning to lead a program during the upcoming spring break, summer, or winter 2013, please contact the Office of Study Abroad immediately at 325-8251 or kfrantes@aoce.msstate.edu, as proposal deadlines are approaching.
