The MSU President's Commission on the Status of Women is accepting nominations and self-nominations to fill vacancies for representatives on the commission. The organization has vacancies in the following categories: Faculty (1); Professional (1); Support Staff (2); Graduate Student (1); and Community Representative (1).
If you or someone you know would like to be considered to fill a vacancy, please send name, category, and contact information by Friday, April 27, to Mary McLendon at mkm13@msstate.edu.
All interested parties will be sent a description of the responsibilities and expectations for membership, along with a brief questionnaire. New members will be selected and notified in May.
